Syllabuses for Chemistry subject and other O level subjects are available here: www.seab.gov.sg Please note that the O level chemistry exam papers questions have become more creative and innovative over the last 3 years (2009-2016). Some out of syllabus questions have been set and they are to test the thinking skills of candidates in the exams. However, these questions are still within the grasp of O level candidates if they have prepared sufficiently for the exams. BTW, the exams board in Singapore are staffed by some of the brightest teacher-scholars sourced from all over Singapore schools. They are brilliant and Sharp!
